Software is invisible. These are the outputs that actually run your shop.

Every order in MonitGlass turns into the labels, prints and documents your plant already runs on - generated automatically, scanned on the floor, and ready for the customer.

Two MonitGlass glass labels side by side - one in metric (1200 × 2000 mm), one in imperial (23¼″ × 86⅝″) units - each with a QR code, material and construction.

Labels & scanning

Glass QR labels that track every pane

Every pane and unit prints with its own label and QR code - order number, material, construction and exact size. On the floor your team scans it with a handheld and the status updates on the spot: cut, processed, finished. No clipboard, no calling the office to ask where an order is.

  • Metric or imperial on the label - e.g. 1200 × 2000 mm or 23¼″ × 86⅝″
  • A QR per pane, element and order - item 1, element 1/3, total 1/4
  • Scans with standard handheld readers - the label is the tracking
MonitGlass production print - order line items with material, parameters, construction, quantity and a QR code per row.

Production & reporting

Production prints and order reports - the floor at a glance

Each order prints as a production sheet: every line item with its material, parameters, construction (width × height), quantity and QR code, plus the planned end of production. Management sees what’s on the floor and what’s due - from one sheet.

  • Per-item table: material, parameters, construction W×H, quantity, QR
  • Order weight, total pieces and end-of-production date
  • Net and gross totals, tax, amount in words
A fanned set of MonitGlass customer documents - an offer, an order confirmation and a delivery note - each carrying the vendor's company details and order lines.

Customer-facing documents

Quotes, confirmations and invoices in your name

The documents your customer actually sees - quote, order confirmation, delivery note, invoice - come out clean and consistent, carrying your company’s details.

  • Your logo, vendor data and Tax ID / EIN on every document
  • Customer and delivery details, original / copy
  • In your language and units - English, German, Polish… metric or imperial
