About MonitGlass
Generic ERPs don’t know what an IGU is, why cutting optimization matters, or how a rush order really moves across a glass plant. We do ‐ so we built the system we wished we’d had on the floor.
Why we built it
Most glass plants don’t run on one system. They run on a quote in one spreadsheet, a schedule on a whiteboard, a cutting list at the machine, labels printed by hand ‐ and one person who actually knows where the rush order is right now.
MonitGlass started because we lived that. Our founder spent 15 years inside the industry as a branch manager ‐ handling customers, running projects, and giving the professional advice that makes or breaks a job. The system of record was always a spreadsheet, and a spreadsheet doesn’t tell you a pane is late until it already is.
So we built one place that carries an order from quote to the shop floor to dispatch ‐ where every pane has a status, not a guess.
How we work
We’re not a horizontal ERP with a glass template bolted on. Glass is the whole company ‐ and that shapes what we build and who you actually deal with.
Designed around how a real order moves through a plant ‐ quoting, cutting, scheduling, labels, dispatch ‐ not a generic ERP workflow you have to bend to fit.
We don’t chase ten verticals. Glass is it. Our roadmap follows your shop floor, and our success is tied directly to your development.
